Build Your Future with a Growing TeamWe are expanding our operations by creating a dedicated "Project Pod" to streamline our workflow from bid to completion. This is a new position designed for a strategic Project Manager to partner directly with a dedicated Estimator, forming an impactful team focused on excellence and efficiency. You will make a prominent commercial impact overseeing a diverse $8M-$10M portfolio consisting of roughly 15 concurrent projects. Our work is 90% commercial, ranging from $150K to $2M in budget, that includes high-rise developments, retail strip centers, and multi-family residential complexes.What You'll DoFull lifecycle management of multiple plumbing projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.Technical leadership utilizing your deep understanding of plumbing systems to ensure proper installation and integration on-site.Collaborate and partner with your "Pod Estimator" to ensure seamless hand-offs and accurate project tracking.Manage logistics of site visits and team coordination across the San Antonio/Austin corridor.A Successful Candidate:Will be an expert with a background as a Project Manager or Superintendent and a proven track record of managing high-volume project loads.Understands how plumbing "comes together." While not strictly required, a Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master) is highly desired to provide the technical authority needed for these builds.Will be a professional seeking a long-term home.
