SummaryThe Creator Partnerships Specialist must be highly organized to support influencer and creator collaborations across key social platforms. This role will manage partnerships from outreach through execution, ensuring campaigns align with brand goals, timelines, budgets, and performance expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how Lifeway shows up in culture through high-impact creator partnerships, social-first storytelling, and data-driven execution. The Creator Partnerships Specialist is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and fluent in social culture, creator operations, budgeting, and campaign analytics. The ideal candidate will reside in a remote capacity, with preferred residence in New York, LA, or Illinois, other locations will be considered.The ideal candidate will reside in a remote capacity, with preferred residence in New York, LA, or Illinois; Other locations will be considered.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship managementManage campaign execution, including briefs, deliverables, approvals, posting schedules, and maintenance of creator content calendarEnsure brand alignment and compliance by reviewing creator content and providing clear, constructive feedbackSupport partnership operations by collecting required documentation (W-9s, contracts, vendor forms), processing invoices, and tracking budget vs. actual spendMonitor and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI), delivering post-campaign insights and optimization recommendationsAssist in planning and hosting influencer events, brand activations, and creator experiences, including coordination and follow-upStay current on platform trends and bring forward new creator opportunities and content formatsConduct behavior in compliance with Lifeway Employee PolicyPerform additional duties as assignedQualification and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field2-4years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or brand marketingStrong organizational skills with comfort managing multiple campaigns at onceExperience with creator invoicing, budget tracking, or performance reporting is a plusAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and familiarity with social and influencer tools (Dash Social, HypeAuditor, Sprout, Nectar, etc.) preferred
