Commission details are outlined in a separate written commission plan.Our California team earned $15,006 in commission in 2024 Tips are currently paid directly to employees, no pooling Our team earned $11,565 in tips in 2024 Performance bonuses on select skincare and high-impact products, stackable and results-driven.Eligible full-time team members receive medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, and employee discounts.In 2024, California-based full-year retail employees earned an average of $27,731 in additional pay on top of hourly wages. Individual earnings will vary based on performance, schedule, location, and tenure.With the No Tax on Tips Act starting in 2025, up to $25,000 of reported tips may be exempt from federal income tax, subject to applicable law and individual tax circumstances.With a turnover rate that mirrors the retail industry average (just under 56%), we know what retail is.
