Experience filling commercial and residential construction roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Estimators, Project Engineers, Civil Construction roles, Construction Sales roles and more.An entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and a passion for building a career. We want you to be the CEO of your own desk, and OWN your success!A friendly, relationship-minded personality, a desire to do right by your clients and candidates, and strong organizational skills.Compensation:AllSearch offers a base salary in the 55k - 70k/year range plus a very strong quarterly commission and bonus package. Recruiters in the Construction division can easily make $80K-100K in their 1st year in the business. $100k+year two and beyond.
