It partners closely with Warehouse Operations but is not responsible for day-to-day warehouse management, instead focusing on planning, systems, and operational improvement.You'll play a key role in improving workflows, fixing legacy system challenges, and building a more scalable, efficient fulfilment operation following a recent system migration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fixing broken processes, improving systems, and making operations run smoothly at scale.This is a 12-month contract role, based on-site at our Napa, CA warehouse, reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
