This role will play a critical part in supporting payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.Key Responsibilities:Assist payroll team members with processing weekly and biweekly payrollResolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional mannerProcess time-off requests accurately and in accordance with company policyReview timecards for exceptions and make necessary adjustmentsMaintain accurate time and attendance recordsOrganize and maintain payroll-related filing systemsEnsure confidentiality of employee payroll informationSupport continuous improvement of payroll processes and proceduresWho You Are:A team player who collaborates easily and supports othersA strategic thinker who sees the big picture and plans aheadA fast learner who adapts quickly and embraces new challengesA strong communicator who can clearly express ideas and listen activelyA self-starter who takes initiative and drives work forwardQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of relevant experience in payroll processingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Working knowledge of payroll best practicesExperience with ADP is a plus, but not requiredAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)PTO and company holidaysEmployee discountsThe pay range for this position is: $60,000 - $68,000 per yearPlease note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Salary Transparency Law.
