(Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)Key Responsibilities:Lead QA/QC program development, monitoring, and performance metricsAnalyze quality trends and drive root cause & corrective actionsConduct field audits, inspections, and QA/QC compliance checksReview MEP submittals, drawings, and vendor documentationSupport and validate Level 1-5 commissioning activitiesCollaborate across design, construction, and operations teamsDrive issue resolution using BIM360 / ACC toolsParticipate in Factory Witness Tests (FWTs) and site inspectionsDevelop QA dashboards, reporting tools, and tracking matricesTrain and guide QA/QC teams on best practicesKey Requirements and Technology Experience: 5+ years in QA/QC for data centers or mission-critical constructionStrong expertise in Mechanical & Electrical systems (MEP)Hands-on experience with commissioning (L1-L5)Experience working in cross-functional (XFN) environmentsBackground in design-build or construction project deliveryExperience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM360Vendor management & subcontractor coordination experienceExperience in hyperscale or large infrastructure projectsOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
