?? Hiring: Financial Crimes Specialist 2We are currently hiring Financial Crimes Specialists for a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Minneapolis, MN. This is a great opportunity for professionals with a background in risk, compliance, fraud investigations, or law enforcement looking to grow in the financial services space.Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) Duration: 6-month contract to hire Pay Rate: $30-$32.50/hrWork Model: 100% onsite during training, then hybridKey Responsibilities:Investigate and analyze complex financial crimes, suspicious activities, and policy violationsConduct research using investigative techniques to determine risk, liability, and impactIdentify patterns, trends, and anomalies across transactions and customer relationshipsPrepare documentation and escalate cases (e.g., suspicious activity reporting)Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and improve processesSupport fraud prevention strategies, audits, and compliance initiativesQualifications:2+ years of experience in financial crimes, fraud investigations, compliance, operational risk, law enforcement, or militaryMinimum 1.5 years required to be considered for this roleStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and OutlookBachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferredNice to Have:Experience in banking or financial fraud investigationsExperience writing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
