Network Project Manager II (Telecom Infrastructure)We're hiring multiple Network Project Manager II professionals to support large-scale Verizon network deployments. You won't just track projects"”you'll drive installs, solve real-world infrastructure challenges (power, space, connectivity), and keep deployments moving forward.What You'll DoEnd-to-End Project ExecutionDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelinesDrive full lifecycle coordination from engineering handoff through installation completionInstallation & Site CoordinationLead Preliminary Engineering Conferences (PEC) and Site SurveysEnsure sites are fully prepared for equipment deploymentCoordinate and oversee physical installation with field teams and vendorsMaterial & Logistics ManagementOrder materials ("shopping carts"), track deliveries, and confirm inventory accuracyPrevent delays by ensuring all required components arrive on-siteTechnical Scope & Field AlignmentInterpret engineering designs and translate scope of work for field teamsAnswer technical questions and ensure builds align with design requirementsVendor & Stakeholder ManagementDrive vendor performance and hold teams accountable to timelinesFacilitate communication across engineering, operations, and leadershipIssue Resolution & Process ImprovementIdentify and resolve bottlenecks (power, space, connectivity)Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and delivery speed What You Bring3-5+ years of telecom project management or infrastructure deployment experienceStrong understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber guides, cable ladders, power systems, rack elevations)Proven experience managing vendors and cross-functional teamsStrong organizational and time management skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google SuiteAbility to proactively drive projects and resolve issues without constant oversightTechnical ExpertiseExperience coordinating installs for Packet Core, BNG, MSE, PPR, and Public IP network buildsFamiliarity with Juniper/Cisco routers, switches, and Dell serversAbility to communicate effectively with both engineers and field construction teamsTools & SystemsVerizon systems experience highly preferred: Canvas, CCP, Coffee, NSAPExperience with SRM or SAP for material ordering and budget trackingStrong reporting and data management capabilitiesNice to HavePMP Certification (highly preferred)Engineering or field construction backgroundExperience managing capital projects (100% CapEx environment)Military experience
