Duration: Permanent/SalariedLocation: Miami, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional with workers' compensation experience to support our Safety and Risk Management team.Key responsibilities include assisting with the intake, setup, tracking, and processing of workers' compensation claims in compliance with state and federal regulations:Coordinating communication between injured employees, supervisors, HR, and safety leadership regarding work restrictions and return-to-work planningSupporting modified duty and return-to-work coordinationAssisting with claim reviews, loss runs, and reporting/trend analysisEnsuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Florida workers' compensation statutesMaintaining confidentiality and accurate data entry within tracking systemsCollaborating with HR, Payroll, Operations, and Safety teams on incident documentation and workplace accommodationsRequired Qualifications:CWCP, WCCP, or Florida Workers' Compensation Adjuster License preferred OR 2-5 years of workers' compensation claims experience with strong knowledge of Florida WC laws/processesBilingual: English/SpanishStrong organizational, follow-up, and written/verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to manage multiple claims simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Check out some of our benefits!Competitive benefits package for full-time employees (30+ hours/week)Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidays403(b) retirement savings planEmployee discountsAccess to an Employee Life Fund (ELF) program
