Scrum MasterLocation: Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid)We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing technology team supporting retail and eCommerce platforms. This is a 12-month contract, hybrid role based in Grand Rapids. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile leadership experience, the ability to coach teams to high performance, and a background delivering technology solutions in retail or digital commerce environments.Role OverviewThe Scrum Master is responsible for driving Agile delivery, enabling team effectiveness, and ensuring the successful delivery of working software. You will facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, manage project risks and status reporting, and support production releases to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
