Our client, a growth equity firm, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for its Finance organization. This individual will play a key role in managing the end-to-end hiring process, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless and efficient candidate experience. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive recruiting processes forward in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will support searches across the finance organization, including roles such as VP of Finance, Director of Treasury, VP of Tax, and other accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax-related positions.Please note this is a hybrid, 6-month contract role based in Menlo Park, CA. Pay will be $85-$95/hr.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple open roles, from intake through offer stagePartner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate profilesCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholdersTrack and manage candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and timely updatesServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the processSupport the offer process, including drafting offer letters and coordinating approvalsCollaborate with external recruiting agencies as needed and help manage candidate flowMaintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders on hiring progress and pipeline statusIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance operational efficiencyQualifications:5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and/or full-cycle recruiting supportPrior experience recruiting for corporate finance functions strongly preferredStrong experience managing interview scheduling and high-volume pipelinesExperience partnering directly with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholdersProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting prioritiesPlease submit your resume for consideration!You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.We suggest that you ensure you have updated your LinkedIn profile and that you start collecting your references early.
