If you like turning R&D work into real-world production success, you'll fit right in.What you'll do as the Process Technologist:Lead product scale-ups, trials, startups, and process improvementsPartner with R&D, QA, and plant teams to move ideas into productionOptimize formulations, reduce loss, validate ingredients/suppliers, and support equipment/asset useManage specs, formulations, documentation, and SAP updatesUse data and CI tools to make processes better, faster, and more efficient.What you bring to the Process Technologist role:Food Science (or related) degree or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years in dairy or food manufacturing with continuous improvement exposureKnowledge of dairy processing, food safety, plant operations, and lab/pilot equipmentStrong problem-solving, organization, and communication skillsComfortable working cross-functionally and traveling as neededBetter Process Cheese School certification may be required.
