Purchasing Manager

If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to make a direct impact, this opportunity is a strong fit.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead the purchasing function, implementing processes and best practicesDevelop and manage strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiencySource and evaluate new vendors while maintaining a robust supplier networkNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliersPlan and manage inventory levels to support production while controlling costsPartner with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet technical requirementsMonitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or deliveryEnsure timely procurement of materials to prevent production delaysAnalyze purchasing data to identify cost savings and improve efficiencyCollaborate directly with executive leadership to align purchasing strategy with business goalsQualifications:4-7 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environmentExperience sourcing mechanical and/or electronic components preferredStrong negotiation skills with experience supporting cost reduction initiatives and supplier relationshipsExperience in aerospace, medical device, or other regulated industries is a plus, not requiredSolid understanding of inventory planning and supply chain coordinationComfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teamsExperience using ERP/MRP systemsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills with the ability to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholdersWe Offer:Health Insurance, 401(k), PTO.Stability and growth opportunities$90,000 to $100,000 per yearand more
