Stanford, CA (Onsite / Hybrid - California residency required)Full-Time (FTE)Starting at $120,000About the RoleSeeking a Business Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance critical business and financial applications that enable high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care. This role focuses on designing, building, and supporting complex integrations between Supply Chain and Finance systems, including Workday, within a highly collaborative healthcare IT environment.The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise combined with healthcare business operations knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, test, maintain, and troubleshoot complex integrations between Supply Chain and Finance applications (including Workday)Provide Tier 2 application support and resolve incidents escalated from the help deskMonitor production systems daily to ensure performance and stabilityLead small-to-medium software enhancements, upgrades, and workflow improvementsDevelop and modify system tables, master files, and configurationsCollaborate with Infrastructure, Integration, Reporting, and Help Desk teamsAnalyze and resolve complex system and workflow issuesSupport requirements gathering, documentation, and test case developmentMentor junior analysts and support workflow documentation effortsParticipate in cross-functional meetings and maintain documentationProvide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT or enterprise systems supportStrong understanding of business/financial systems in a healthcare environmentExperience with SDLC, Agile, and system implementation methodologiesHands-on experience supporting Supply Chain Management systems (e.g., Workday, Lawson)Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsWorkday Finance & Supply Chain certificationExperience with at least 2 major system implementations or upgradesAPI integration experience and/or AI tool implementation exposureKnowledge of server systems, databases, scripting, monitoring, and DR/HA environmentsCore SkillsComplex systems integration and workflow designHealthcare financial and supply chain operationsApplication support and incident managementProcess improvement and system optimizationCross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagementTechnical documentation and requirements gathering
