Warehouse Operations Manager

Our client in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations within a rapidly growing manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced settings, embraces continuous improvement, and leverages systems and data to optimize performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shippingLead multiple shifts, ensuring consistent performance and smooth transitions across operationsPromote a culture of accountability, urgency, teamwork, and safetyEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, accuracy, and efficiencyMonitor KPIs and use data to inform decisions and improve performanceMaintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process disciplineReduce shrink, waste, and product damage through root cause analysis and corrective actionManage warehouse budgets and optimize storage of finished goodsPartner with supply chain and production teams to ensure proper material flow and inventory alignmentOversee relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure seamless inbound and outbound operationsOwn and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), including system enhancements and automation initiativesRecruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams across multiple shiftsSet clear expectations, coach team members, and drive engagement and retentionQualifications10+ years of warehouse or distribution center leadership experienceProven success managing multi-shift operations in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsIdeally experience in food / beverage / CPG industry.Strong expertise in WMS and warehouse technologiesDemonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational excellenceSolid knowledge of inventory control, safety standards, and compliance requirementsData-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and team development capabilitiesHands-on, adaptable leader with a high sense of urgency
