This role will assist with contract drafting, redlining, workflow coordination, execution, and document tracking while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities Support drafting, redlining, and administrative execution of agreements. Maintain contract organization and data integrity within Salesforce. Execute contract-related tasks in Conga CPQ and CLM to support the sales-to-signature workflow. Track, categorize, and maintain executed documents in a centralized contract database. Assist with contract lifecycle tracking, renewals, and process improvements. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in contract management, legal administration, legal operations, or sales operations. 1-2 years of recent experience with Conga and Salesforce environments, including CPQ and CLM. Experience with contract drafting workflows, cart creation, and contract administration. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication skills. Corporate contract experience preferred. No degree required. ABA Paralegal Certification preferred.
