A highly reputable Venture Capital Firm in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Junior Executive Assistant to join their team! This is dual role managing the front desk and office coordinator needs while also working with an EA team to support one of the firms top Partners and Chief of Staff with executive assistant tasks.This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced and dynamic team in a fast-paced, prestigious environment. This is an onsite role with flexible hours and high potential for overtime.Responsibilities:Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact at the front deskOversee meeting room scheduling and logistics, catering, and equipmentManage vendors, supplies, inventory, and ordersAssist with administrative tasks and office operationsSupport with internal events as neededProvide support to the Executive Assistant team, partner, and Chief of StaffManage complex calendars and schedule appointmentsAssist with providing all meeting prep and materials and meeting logisticsArrange travel plans, accommodations, and transportation as neededPrepare correspondence, presentations, and research for meetingsSupport special events and project logisticsBuild and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendorsQualifications:2+ years of administrative support experienceBachelor's degree requiredWarm, professional, and proactive attitudeStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesSalary:$90,000-110,000, Depending on experiencePerformance bonuses and comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work within an elite, well-respected leadership teamYou can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
