Professional Search Group (PSG) is a recruiting and staffing firm established in Australia that launched its first US office in late 2015. Our Technology division in LA is currently hiring due to business growth, and we could use help with the current book of business we have. This is a dedicated Sr Account Management position to manage a high-profile client in the entertainment sector! We are a boutique firm with high caliber staff who are experienced and know how to work hard, have fun, and make money!Sr Account Manager responsibilitiesinclude establishing relationships, meeting prospective hiring managers, networking, entertaining, and taking job orders. To be successful in this role, you should have experience networking with different departments and seniority levels spanning Technology and Finance divisions.Responsibilities:• Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with hiring managers, serving as a reliable point of contact for account-related needs.• Partner with recruiters to translate hiring managers needs to ensure recruiting activities match the goals of the client.• Coordinate with the recruitment team to help ensure orders move efficiently from request through delivery.• Monitor account activity, track open orders, and drive resolution by collaborating with the appropriate teams.• Prepare and communicate updates on order status, client concerns, and business priorities to internal stakeholders.• Support the sales organization by helping manage account details, documentation, and communication tied to ongoing business opportunities.Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales support, or a related customer-facing role.• Background in client communication with the ability to manage relationships effectively.• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, recruitment and operations.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage requisitions and hiring mangers needs and priorities.• Knowledge of sales support processes and account coordination.• Comfortable handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service.• Staffing Technology experience or exposure to a similar environment is preferred.If you live in or near the West Hollywood area, we offer:Base salary range, plus uncapped commissionWorking with the World's largest entertainment brandsIncentive trips - previously included Fiji, Spain, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, Mexico, etcExcellent benefits including matching 401k and unlimited PTOSolid values that are both employee and client centricSalary Based on Target Earnings, plus Commissions/BonusesMust be local to Los Angeles for a hybrid type schedule.
