Sales Representative - Construction / Architectural SystemsOverviewWe are a fast-growing subcontractor specializing in high-end architectural panel systems across the Bay Area. We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to build new business, strengthen industry partnerships, and support long-term growth.This role starts with a strong focus on hands-on business development and will evolve into a leadership position as the company scales.Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities across Northern CaliforniaConduct outreach through client meetings, job walks, industry events, and networkingBuild relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and project managersTrack and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, )Prepare proposals, support bid strategy, and coordinate project handoffsEvaluate incoming opportunities and follow up on active proposalsAccount ManagementMaintain and grow relationships with existing clientsProvide consistent communication throughout the project lifecycleAddress client needs and ensure a high level of service and satisfactionGrowth & LeadershipPartner with leadership on sales strategy, forecasting, and market expansionHelp develop scalable sales processes and reportingSupport hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of future sales team membersContribute to marketing and brand visibility effortsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in sales, business development, or construction-related industriesStrong relationship-building and communication skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and drive resultsOrganized and comfortable managing pipelines and multiple opportunitiesFamiliarity with the Bay Area construction market is a plus
