ABOUT THIS JOB:GenTrust is an investment advisory firm, providing a comprehensive and flexible array of investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutions. We are currently seeking a Senior Client Associate candidateThe candidate will work closely with the advisors to provide best in class service to our clients. He/she will be responsible for handling all aspects of our clients' new account and onboarding experience, processing daily disbursement requests, handling day-to-day account maintenance and service requests and special projects, as needed. The candidate should demonstrate a strong knowledge of industry standards and practices. The candidate must be able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with other team members to resolve various issues with potentially broader business impact. Specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive, high-quality service and resolving inquiries in collaboration with internal teams and Advisors.· Support Senior Advisors in managing client relationships, with increasing responsibility for independently servicing lower-complexity clients and partnering with clients' professional networks (e.g., accountants, attorneys).· Prepare client-facing materials, including investment proposals, marketing collateral, and written communications, tailored to client needs and objectives.· Coordinate client meetings overseeing preparation, logistics, and follow-up to ensure a seamless client experience.· Manage client onboarding and ongoing account administration, including account openings, disbursements, private fund subscriptions, and maintenance, while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.· Work closely with Advisors to oversee client portfolios, reviewing benchmarks and asset allocation, identifying required adjustments, and coordinating the implementation of portfolio changes as needed.· Generate and review client reports, partnering with the reporting team to deliver customized reporting solutions and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client objectives.· Leverage expert business, industry, and operational knowledge in addition to frequent client interaction to identify value added client solutions. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:A four-year degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent experience.Minimum three years' experience in the financial services industry; RIA and/or Broker/Dealer a plus.Bi-Lingual- English/SpanishRelationship building skills; commitment to establishing long-term client relationships.Self-motivated, highly driven, and entrepreneurial personality.Demonstrate a high degree of organizational and follow up skills. Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
