Construction Manager

Lead full-cycle management of telecom construction projects "” from permitting to client communication and final delivery.As Streamline Utilities continues to expand and actively scale operations in the Texas region, we are looking for a Construction Manager to support our growing presence in El Paso, TX.This role will play a key part in launching and scaling a newly started project (May 2026), ensuring high-quality execution, strong client communication, and effective coordination of subcontractor crews as operations ramp up.Position TypeFull-time, field-based role (El Paso, TX)Contract: W-2 or 1099Reports toDirector of Market Development & OperationsKey ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for the client and all project stakeholdersManage client communications, updates, permitting, and reporting for assigned projectsLead project planning and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetsManage and coordinate multiple subcontractor crews (2-10, depending on project phase)Oversee underground construction and fiber deployment activitiesSupport project ramp-up and scaling based on client demandEnsure effective coordination between subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholdersMaintain strong field presence and oversee day-to-day project execution on-siteIdentify and resolve operational issues before they impact schedulesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsReport on project progress and KPIs to leadershipRequirements 3+ years in construction or telecom project managementExperience with underground construction, fiber installation, or utility infrastructureStrong leadership and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple teams and contractorsFamiliarity with permitting processesEligible to work in the U.S.Why Streamline Utilities?Work directly with executive leadership on high-impact projectsJoin a performance-driven culture that values autonomy and initiativeCompetitive pay with flexibility in employment type (W-2 or 1099)Opportunity to lead significant infrastructure builds from the ground upDiversity.
