Legal Software Application Specialist & Trainer (Hybrid | Seattle)A nationally recognized, Pacific Northwest-based law firm is seeking a dynamic and highly technical Legal Software Applications Trainer to join its Seattle team. This role requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting legal technology and training in a professional services environment.This is a hybrid position, with onsite presence required two days per week, along with additional in-office time for new hire onboarding and other business-critical needs.About the RoleThe Legal Software Applications Trainer acts as a critical bridge between legal professionals and technology. This individual will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for attorneys and staff while supporting the adoption and effective use of legal software across the firm.In addition to training responsibilities, this role provides hands-on support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance"”particularly for specialized legal applications"”to ensure optimal system performance and user adoption. To support continuity and long-term success, there will be an opportunity to learn specialized applications directly from a senior subject-matter expert prior to their planned retirement.
