HomeVestors maintains high ethical standards and responsible business practices through strict codes and structured systems, ensuring quality and integrity across its franchise network.Job Summary:The Franchise Operations Analyst at HomeVestors plays a critical role in improving performance across our franchise network by ensuring leads are effectively worked and operational standards are consistently executed. This role owns operational reporting and performance insights across markets, identifying breakdowns in lead handling and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations. This position serves as a key partner to Development Agents (DAs), Ad Councils and internal leadership driving accountability, improving consistency, and helping maximize the return on marketing investments.Qualifications:· Build and maintain operational reporting and scorecards across markets and franchisees· Track key performance metrics including speed to lead, contact rate, follow-up consistency, and conversion trends· Analyze CRM activity, outreach behavior and lead flow to identify performance gaps and missed opportunities· Deliver weekly reporting with clear, concise takeaways and actionable recommendations· Translate complex data into simple insights for non-technical audiences· Partner with Development Agents (DAs) to communicate performance issues and reinforce operational standards· Track adoption of recommended actions and escalate ongoing performance issues when needed· Provide visibility into performance across the network, highlighting top performers and underperformers· Present insights and trends to DAs, Ad Councils and internal leadership to drive alignment and action· Identify opportunities to improve lead utilization and reduce wasted marketing spend· Support coaching, training and best practice development through data-backed insights· Measure impact of changes and continuously refine recommendationsPreferred Qualifications:· Experience in real estate, franchising or lead generation environments· Experience working with field teams or multi-unit operations· Familiarity with sales funnels, lead management processes and performance metrics· Salesforce and PowerBI experienceMinimum Requirements:· 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations or operational analytics· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and inefficiencies· Experience working with CRM systems and lead or pipeline data· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment· High attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insightsCore Competencies:· Data-driven decision making· Clear and effective communication· Accountability and ownership· Collaboration and stakeholder influence· Adaptability in a fast-paced environment· Passion to help/coach others to achieve goals and successWork Environment:· On-site role based in Dallas, TX at HomeVestors corporate headquarters· Regular interaction with Development Agents, franchisees, Ad Councils and internal teams· Extended periods of computer-based work and data analysis· Travel required 3-4 days per month, on averagePerformance Metrics May Include:· Improvement in speed to lead and contact rates across markets· Increased lead utilization and follow-up consistency· Adoption of operational standards across DAs and franchisees· Improvement in conversion metrics (lead to appointment)· Quality and impact of reporting and stakeholder communicationCertifications, Licenses, and/or Registration:· Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics or related field
