Humphreys & Partners Architects is seeking a BIM Manager to join our team in a leadership role, where you'd help drive and shape our BIM standards and processes across the firm. You'd act as the go-to expert, partnering with leadership and project teams to improve efficiency, support production, and implement best practices and new technologies.Job Responsibilities:Develop an internal BIM on-boarding and continuing education Training Program for architectural staff.As required, coordinate with external consultants to develop and implement BIM standards based on best practices.Maintain and edit firm template(s), families and detail library.Establish and manage all BIM standards and processes to improve project performance and efficiency.Act as the subject matter expert on Humphreys BIM standards.Collaborate with design, production staff and architectural leadership to promote a supportive environment.Contribute to the development of automated workflows to support the firm's standards and increase productivity.Create and maintain a project BIM execution plan template and assist Project Managers in the implementation thereof.Assess adherence to standards, including periodic auditing of individual BIM projects.Assist Architectural Leadership and Human Resources in assessing BIM skill level throughout the organization and with candidates.Lead the BIM team's efforts in maintaining a firmwide BIM Help Desk program.Remain current on the latest BIM industry best practices, advancements, and technologies.Maintain competency in relevant software through continued use of training.Identify trends and business opportunities relating to BIM, such as potential future BIM services beyond Production Modeling of Construction Documents.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.10 + years of experience in architectural practice.5+ years of experience in BIM Management.Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360/Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD.Domestic travel (anticipated up to 15%)This job description is not designated to contain a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities required for this job.
