Salesforce Technical ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM solutions. This role requires strong hands-on technical capabilities, architecture leadership, and the ability to partner across business and technology teams to drive Salesforce transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of architecture experience, Salesforce development knowledge, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience within the financial services or asset management industry is highly preferred.This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DeliveryLead architecture and solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud initiatives.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across integrations, workflows, automation, and data models.Establish and maintain Salesforce platform governance, standards, and best practices.Design enterprise-grade integration strategies and recommend optimal approaches (out-of-box vs custom development).Technical LeadershipProvide technical leadership across Salesforce configuration, customization, and development efforts.Guide teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, APIs, and integration frameworks.Support CI/CD processes, release management, deployment planning, and environment strategy.Conduct architecture reviews, mentor developers, and ensure alignment to technical standards.Participate hands-on with coding and troubleshooting when needed.Business & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Compliance, and IT teams to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.Collaborate with enterprise architects, integration teams, and data teams to ensure seamless connectivity with downstream platforms.Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and solution recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Support CRM modernization and future-state platform initiatives.Governance & Platform ExcellenceMaintain platform health, security, scalability, and data quality standards.Define reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, and documentation standards.Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.Create and maintain architecture diagrams, integration flows, and technical documentation.Required Qualifications7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a Salesforce Technical Architect or senior technical leadership role.Strong hands-on experience with:Salesforce Sales CloudSalesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce FlowsSalesforce integrations and APIsDeep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, enterprise architecture, and integration patterns.Experience working closely with development and QA teams in Agile environments.Ability to contribute technically while also leading architecture initiatives.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Asset Management domains.Familiarity with tools and platforms such as:SnowflakeMarketoSeismicSalesforce Data CloudExperience supporting Salesforce migrations, implementations, or modernization programs.Ideal Candidate ProfileStarted career progression as Salesforce Admin or Developer and evolved into an Architect role.Strong blend of technical depth and business partnership skills.Comfortable leading architecture discussions while remaining hands-on when necessary.Passionate about mentoring teams and staying current on Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities.Collaborative, transparent, and solutions-oriented mindset.
