Large International Pharmaceutical Packaging company located on the South side of Canton Ohio is looking for a Production Manager that has Blow / PET molding experience.JOB DUTIESOversee the daily operations of plastic preform / container manufacturing, ensuring efficient production, high quality, and safety.Manage teams, optimize PET injection or blow molding processes, and maintain machinery to meet production goals.Oversee all molding operations within the facility, ensuring that production schedules for PET bottles and containers are met.Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste, optimize cycle times, and improve material efficiency.Ensure products meet strict quality and regulatory standards, using data analysis to track performance metricsREQUIRED5+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing2+ years in PET MoldingStrong understanding of plastic molding principles, PET material behavior, and troubleshooting.
