About the RoleThe role involves configuring a mobile application for iPhone users, ensuring a smooth setup and communication with the main administration engineers.ResponsibilitiesConfigure Jabber client (Cisco app) for iPhone.Follow a full instruction sheet provided for straightforward setup.Participate in a MS TEAMS meeting for active communication with the engineering team.Report any issues during the configuration process via chat.Update and test Jabber for approximately 20 phones per day per resource.Work alongside a team of 3 resources.Utilize business acumen to locate iPhone users by department or floor.Maintain professional attire and clear communication skills.Required SkillsExperience interfacing with mobile devices like iPhone.Understanding of Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM)Confidence and professionalism in communication.Good judgment to avoid interrupting physicians.Dependability and proactive communication skills.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with Cisco Jabber is a plus.Compensation$17/hr to $20/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
