This is a newly created role supporting a portfolio of 100+ commercial properties with strong exposure to core property accounting functions. 100% OnsiteResponsibilties:Handle month-end close and general ledger activityPerform CAM reconciliations (heavy focus)Manage tenant receivables, lease accounting, and tax billingsProcess invoices and support day-to-day accounting operationsWork closely with Property Managers and internal teamsRequirements:3+ years of property accounting experienceStrong experience with CAM reconciliationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldYardi experience highly preferred
