Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at a large-scale production facility. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving safety, quality, productivity, and team engagement in a fast-paced environment.?? Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage production teams across a 24/7 manufacturing operationDrive safety, quality, and operational excellence initiativesExecute production plans while optimizing inventory and supply chain coordinationChampion Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement practices (5S, TPM, Kaizen)Partner with maintenance & technical teams to ensure equipment efficiencyManage workforce planning, employee relations, and team performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and customer goals ?
