Dynamics 365 Business Solutions Specialist

Kotarides Property Management is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer to serve in the role of Business Solutions Specialist for our rapidly growing apartment community management company. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring apps in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service application with experience in Field Service (CRM, Sales, and/or Contact Center is a plus).What You Will Do in this Role:llicit requirements and offer solution suggestions to stakeholders based on your expertise working in the Field Service moduleWork in close collaboration with a small cross-functional team of developers, product managers, and analystsDevelop and customize Microsoft Power Platform model-driven and canvas applicationsImplement custom workflow activities within Dynamics 365Design and develop plugins for Dynamics 365 to extend functionality and integrate with external systemsCreate high-performance solutions using customer-first design principles and best practicesUse Azure DevOps (ADO) systems and methodology to provide unified communication from idea to implementationLeverage automation to create and maintain as-built documentation, test case design and execution, build progress, release notes (including fixes, features, and enhancement)Adhere to security fundamentals and cost-optimization in plugin and logic app developmentInvestigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with development and operations teamsWork with implementation teams to create documentation, playbooks, and guides, for end users regarding platform usageStay current with Microsoft's product roadmap, features updates, and emerging technologies to proactively prepare for growing capabilitiesThe ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in configuring Dynamics 365 applications with a focus on Field Service and 4+ of experience developing, customizing, deploying, and implementing solutions based on Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Additional desired experience includes:4+ years developing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps3+ years of Dynamics 365 Field Service moduleUnderstanding of D365 Field Service tables, processes, and workflowsDemonstrates knowledge of Power Apps Component FrameworkJavaScript, HTML, CSS experience for web resource developmentFamiliarity with DevOps practices and methodologyDemonstrates ownership in problem solving approaches fueled by technological curiosityAbility to adapt quickly to the flexible and fast-paced nature of an Agile team with the tendency to focus on one feature/user story until the build/test/deployment is complete ("swarm")Ability to work independently and excel with minimal training or supervisionKotarides Property Management is leading a transformative initiative to leverage technology in our infrastructure and daily operations.
