This role serves as a bridge between U.S. business users, internal IT teams, and overseas development teams to troubleshoot production issues, clarify business impact, coordinate follow-up actions, and support continuous improvement of operational workflows. This is not a pure desktop support role; it requires strong business application support, logistics process understanding, communication, documentation, and issue-management skills.Responsibilities:Handle daily support tickets from internal users related to logistics systems, including operational issues, billing questions, data issues, system access, workflow errors, and user inquiries.Monitor incoming tickets, classify issue types, determine urgency, and ensure timely resolution or proper escalation.Communicate clearly with local and overseas business users to collect issue details, confirm expected behavior, and provide status updates until closure.Identify recurring support issues and help create documentation or process improvements to reduce repeated tickets.Support billing service-related projects, including issue tracking, data validation, system behavior checking, user communication, and stakeholder coordination.Work with operations, accounting, billing, and IT teams to troubleshoot billing-related system issues and follow up on new billing service requirements.Assist in documenting billing logic, system rules, user cases, project status, open issues, and action items.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure billing service issues are properly prioritized, investigated, and resolved.Education / Experience:High School Diploma or EquivalentBilingual in English / MandarinStrong communication skills and ability to multitaskBasic understanding Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc..)
