We plan to further strengthen our capabilities as we grow into a global top-tier logistics company in North America.Lotte Global Logistics is looking for a high-energy, detail oriented, HR Coordinator to partner closely with and support our HR team and senior leadership.If you enjoy people, are driven, exceptionally organized, creative, and enjoy a fun and dynamic work environment, LGLNA is the place for you.The Office Administrator will provide support and partner closely with the office leadership and HR, playing a key role in planning and coordinating a variety of meetings and events, as well as day to day office admin duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS excel, word, and power point. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Office Admin should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The candidate will be a polished, detailed oriented individual who can demonstrate initiative, flexibility, teamwork and great judgment.Roles and responsibilitiesGreet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environmentOrganize and maintain files and databases in a confidential mannerManage communication including emails and phone callsScreen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messagesSchedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as neededReceive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mailMaintain and order office suppliesScreen potential candidates as needed.Receive invoices and review for accuracySubmit and reconcile expense reportsSupport office events planning and communication to foster a positive, connected cultureProtect the confidentiality of information sharedLiase with executive to handle requests and queries from senior managersM-F 8:00AM-5:00PM On-Site DailyRequired SkillsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
