This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch, highly relational environment where communication, responsiveness, anticipation, and operational support are critical to the success of the business.The Founder is deeply involved in client relationships, business development, creative direction, and day-to-day operations. This role serves as the connective tissue behind the scenes "” ensuring information flows quickly, priorities stay aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks.The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, tech-savvy, and energized by supporting a high-performing founder and luxury brand environment.What You'll OwnExecutive Support + Communication ManagementManage complex calendar scheduling with strong attention to timing, logistics, and prioritiesMonitor and manage inbox communication throughout the day with urgency and discernmentDraft responses and communicate professionally on behalf of the FounderAct as a trusted communication hub between the Founder, clients, vendors, internal team members, and external partnersTrack action items, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations to ensure continuity and responsivenessHelp protect the Founder's time, energy, and focusReal-Time Operational SupportProcess and organize a high volume of fast-moving information throughout the dayCommunicate proactively and consistently to ensure alignment on priorities and next stepsAnticipate needs and solve problems before they become issuesSupport both business and select personal logistics as neededAssist with travel coordination, scheduling, errands, appointments, reservations, and miscellaneous administrative supportManage shifting priorities calmly and efficiently in a dynamic environmentBusiness Development + Team CoordinationSupport business development initiatives, lead tracking, and follow-up coordinationAssist with CRM updates, tracking documents, and organizational systemsCoordinate with operations leadership and team members to ensure projects and communication stay alignedHelp create operational consistency and improved workflows across the businessWhat Makes This Role DifferentThis role is ideal for someone who:Thinks quickly and communicates clearlyEnjoys high-touch support environmentsIs energized by fast-paced, client-facing businessesCan manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneouslyUnderstands urgency without becoming reactiveThrives being highly involved and highly trustedThis is NOT a rigid 9-5 administrative role.
