Job Title: PD Project Mgmt Spec - Medical Device Job Location: Mounds View, Minnesota (Fully Onsite) Type: W2 contract Duration: 12 months We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end system and process deployment projects within a regulated medical device environment. This role requires strong execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery ownership in a fast-paced, cross-functional setup.Key Skills (Must-Have):5+ years of Project Management experienceStrong planning, scheduling & risk/issue (RAID) managementExperience with system/process deployments (CMMS, ERP, etc.)Excellent stakeholder management & communicationExposure to regulated/manufacturing environmentsNice to Have:Experience in Change ManagementCore Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, tracking & reporting)Manage cross-functional teams (IT, Quality, Operations, Facilities, etc.)Drive risk identification, mitigation & issue resolutionSupport system deployments, go-live & post-go-live stabilizationEnsure alignment with PMO governance & project frameworksExperience Required:5+ years of relevant Project Management experienceExperience in large-scale system or process implementations preferredStrong ability to manage multiple workstreams in a global environment
