We partner with top employers to deliver high-volume staffing, talent acquisition, and workforce management solutions that drive operational success.As a Bilingual Recruiter / Staffing Specialist, you'll play a key role in full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and employee management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is critical in supporting a Spanish-speaking workforce, ensuring clear communication, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume recruiting and hiring efforts, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding for industrial and light industrial rolesServe as the primary contact for applicants and employees, supporting walk-ins, bilingual communication, new hire processing, and employee relationsConduct new hire orientations, pre-employment screenings, and compliance documentation (I-9, W-4, onboarding forms) with 100% accuracyCoordinate daily staffing operations, including dispatch, employee scheduling, call-offs, and client communicationProcess weekly payroll and maintain accurate records in Avionté ATS and HR systemsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or customer service in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Avionté, and Microsoft Office toolsExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritizeProven ability to deliver high-quality hires, meet staffing KPIs, and support client workforce needsAbility to effectively communicate with and support a diverse, Spanish-speaking workforceQualificationsHigh school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or high-volume hiring environmentsExperience in light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics staffing preferredBilingual (Spanish/English) required - must be able to communicate fluently in both verbal and written formatsAbility to thrive in a deadline-driven, performance-based environment with strong problem-solving skillsWhy Join PROMAN?At PROMAN, we're focused on connecting great people with great companies.
