A portion of each piece sold helps benefit ocean-related causes.Our team is very close-knit and we are looking for an incredibly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team, contribute to the evolution of AZLEE, and grow with us.Position OverviewAZLEE is seeking a Client & Sales Coordinator to support both wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales channels. This role works closely with our Wholesale Director and plays a key part in managing client relationships, custom orders, sales operations, and overall client experience.This is a highly collaborative role within a growing luxury jewelry brand and is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and excited to work across multiple areas of the business.Responsibilities:Wholesale SupportSupport Wholesale Director with day-to-day account managementProcess incoming wholesale orders and ensure accuracySend orders to production and track progressPrepare and send invoices to retail partnersProvide timely order updates and communication to accountsAssist with reporting for wholesale partnersHelp maintain line sheets and product assortment updatesCollaborate with Wholesale Director on pulling product for store selectionsDirect Client SalesRespond to client inquiries via email and text in a timely, brand-aligned mannerGuide clients through purchases, including made-to-order and custom piecesCoordinate and host in-person showroom appointments, including set up and breakdownPull product for client inquiries and appointmentsBuild and maintain client relationships through thoughtful follow-upTrack client preferences and interactionsCustom Order ManagementOwn the custom order process from initial inquiry through delivery (excluding design)Meet directly with clients to guide them through the custom processCommunicate with clients on timelines, pricing, and progressCoordinate internally to ensure orders move efficiently through productionTrack all custom orders and provide proactive updates to clientsE-commerce SupportManage website chat inquiries in real timeSupport online sales and client communication through ShopifyCommunicate lead times, availability, and order status clearlyFlag VIP clients and high-priority ordersEvents & TravelAssist with planning and execution of trunk shows and market appointmentsPrepare product, materials, and logistics for sales tripsSupport post-event follow-up and order processingTravel for trunk shows and key sales eventsAdministrative & Cross-Functional SupportAssist with custom orders, repairs, and special client requestsMaintain organization of showroom and product samplesHelp track inventory for sales samples and outgoing productIdentify and improve inefficiencies in sales processesQualificationsStrong administrative and computer skills, including experience working within Shopify, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms2+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing roleExperience in luxury retail or jewelryStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management, organizational, and follow-through skillsComfortable managing multiple ongoing client and order workflows simultaneouslyAbility to communicate professionally with clients, retail partners, and internal teamsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working directly with high-end clientsProactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesExperience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented business environment
