You'll act as the "connective tissue" across the organization"”partnering closely with the SVP, Head of FP&A and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, improve decision-making, and bring clarity to complex, cross-functional efforts.What You'll Do?? Strategic Advisory & ExecutionServe as a key partner to the Head of FP&A on high-priority initiativesTranslate strategic goals into actionable financial models and execution roadmapsSupport enterprise-wide initiatives across business units and functions?? Cross-Functional Leadership ("Sideways Management")Collaborate across departments to align priorities and drive executionSynthesize insights from multiple stakeholders into clear, actionable recommendationsHelp streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency??
