This entry-level role supports the Tour Coordination department with administrative and logistical tasks related to student tours and travel planning.?? About the Role:As a Tour Coordinator Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Tour Coordinators by managing day-to-day logistics, communications, and documentation that help student trips run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:Administrative SupportAssist Tour Coordinators with various admin tasksAnswer phone calls and respond to inquiries about travel itineraries and logisticsFormat and distribute flyers, itineraries, spreadsheets, and confirmationsProofread appointments and confirmations for accuracy and alignment with itinerariesHandle outgoing mail and client documentsTravel Coordination SupportBook attractions and confirm reservationsVerify contracts, payments, and vendor documentsPurchase tickets and event passes onlineHelp prepare final travel packets for clientsOccasionally assist with on-site support for student tours or events?? What We're Looking For:Required:Bachelor's degree 1-2 years in an administrative, customer service, or office support roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, dependable, and adaptablePreferred:Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related fieldExperience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or educationFamiliarity with CRM or internal database systems??
