Senior Test Engineer (Dynamics/ Environmental) - Leading Engineering Services ProviderRole Overview: Lead and execute vibration and environmental testing programmes within a lab environment. Support technical delivery, improve testing processes, and mentor junior staff.Key Responsibilities:Conduct vibration and environmental testing across industries (e.g. aerospace, automotive)Operate and maintain test equipment (e.g. electrodynamic shakers, chambers)Analyse results and produce detailed technical reportsEnsure compliance with industry standards (e.g. MIL-STD, DO-160)Mentor junior team members and support lab operationsKey Requirements:Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering~7+ years' experience in dynamics or vibration testingStrong knowledge of testing standards and methodologiesHands-on experience with lab equipment and data captureAbility to work in a fast-paced, technical environment
