Senior Scrum Master - SalesforceLocation: Open to Remote (Hybrid if some one is local to Coppel, TX, Brooklyn, NY, San Ramon, CA)Duration: Long termJob SummaryThe Salesforce Senior Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile delivery across one or more Salesforce product teams within a complex enterprise environment. This role serves as a servant leader and coach, ensuring teams adhere to Scrum and Agile best practices while enabling predictable, high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated enterprise platforms.The Senior Scrum Master partners closely with Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA, Release Management, and enterprise stakeholders to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and continuously improve Agile maturity. This role is critical in scaling Agile across Salesforce programs, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile & Scrum LeadershipEnsure a prioritized backlog of stories exists for one full quarter Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, PI Planning and RetrospectivesCoach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and Salesforce-specific delivery best practicesEnsure Scrum processes are followed consistently while adapting them to enterprise constraints and Salesforce release cyclesEnsure developers are tasking out stories and take full accountability for meeting acceptance criteria and code delivery.Foster self-organizing, high-performing teams with a focus on continuous improvementSalesforce Program DeliverySupport delivery of Salesforce solutions across Salesforce Clouds, integrations, and managed/unmanaged packagesCoordinate cross-team dependencies within large Salesforce programs and enterprise shared servicesPartner with Salesforce Architects and Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, clear acceptance criteria, and realistic sprint commitmentsEnsure alignment between Salesforce sprint execution and enterprise release management processesRisk, Dependency & Impediment ManagementProactively identify, manage, and escalate impediments, risks, and delivery blockersTrack and resolve cross-functional dependencies involving integration teams, data teams, security, and infrastructureSupport compliance with security, privacy (PHI/PII where applicable), and architectural governance requirementsMetrics, Reporting & Stakeholder CommunicationTrack and communicate Agile delivery metrics including velocity, sprint predictability, burndown, and release forecastsProvide clear, concise status reporting for program leadership and executive stakeholdersFacilitate transparent communication between business, technology, and leadership teamsAgile Coaching & Maturity AdvancementMentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to the organization's Agile Center of Excellence (if applicable)Identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements across Salesforce delivery teamsSupport scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, LeSS) as applied to Salesforce programsRequired QualificationsExperience7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead3+ years supporting Salesforce-based teams in an enterprise environmentExperience delivering complex Salesforce initiatives involving integrations and multiple stakeholder groupsProven success working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (healthcare, insurance, financial services preferred)Technical & Functional KnowledgeStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform and typical Salesforce delivery lifecyclesFamiliarity with Salesforce DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git-based version control, release orchestration)Experience in administering and automating jiraWorking knowledge of Agile planning tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar)Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and governance concepts as they relate to SalesforceAgile & Scrum ExpertiseDeep knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and servant leadershipExperience coaching teams through Agile transformations or maturity improvementsAbility to balance Agile best practices with enterprise delivery realitiesPreferred QualificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/IISAFe certification (SA, SP, or RTE)Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certificationExperience operating within large, multi-vendor Salesforce ecosystemsKey CompetenciesServant leadership and facilitation excellenceStrong communication and executive-level presenceConflict resolution and stakeholder negotiationAnalytical thinking and delivery forecastingComfort operating in matrixed and fast-changing environmentsTo know more about Brillio CES: should you apply for this role?Brillio helps clients deliver authentic and responsive experiences that drive significant impact on profitability & customer advocacy through data-led experience reimagination, focus on customer journeys and partnerships with leading CRM and CX Platforms.
