Project Manager - Global Key/Strategic AccountsPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead complex LED display deployment projects across the entertainment, broadcast, virtual production, location based entertainment, corporate, esports, touring, and immersive experience industries. This role is responsible for managing large-scale audiovisual and LED system integration projects from concept through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and operational standards.The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in LED display technologies, live entertainment environments, virtual production workflows, fabrication coordination, logistics, installation management, and cross-functional project leadership. This role requires excellent communication, technical understanding, client-facing professionalism, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & ExecutionManage full project lifecycle for LED display and virtual production deployments including:Design coordinationEngineering reviewProcurementSchedulingLogisticsInstallationCommissioningClient handoffLead simultaneous projects ranging from permanent installations to temporary event deployments and touring productions.Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Coordinate internal teams including sales, engineering, operations, fabrication, logistics, programming, and field services.Conduct project kickoff meetings and maintain ongoing stakeholder communication throughout execution.Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.Technical & Systems CoordinationCoordinate technical implementation of:LED display systemsVideo processingSignal distributionMedia serversVirtual production environmentsCamera tracking systemsControl systemsRigging and structural integrationReview and interpret:CAD drawingsStructural calculationsPixel mapping layoutsSignal flow diagramsPower distribution plansInstallation documentationWork closely with engineering and production teams to ensure system compatibility and deployment accuracy.Verify compliance with applicable safety standards, rigging requirements, and venue regulations.Client & Vendor ManagementServe as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, production companies, studios, and general contractors.Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-level project oversight.Coordinate third-party vendors, subcontractors, and fabrication partners.Assist in scope development, change order management, and project documentation.Participate in client meetings, site surveys, and production planning sessions.Field Operations & DeploymentOversee on-site installation activities for large-format LED systems and virtual production environments.Coordinate labor crews, staging schedules, freight logistics, and equipment deployment timelines.Support commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and final system acceptance.Travel to project sites as required for installation oversight, client meetings, and production support.Ensure adherence to OSHA and site-specific safety standards.Financial & Administrative ResponsibilitiesManage project budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking.Review project profitability and labor utilization.Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing milestones, and vendor payments.Maintain detailed project documentation including:RFIsSubmittalsAs-built documentationChange ordersDaily reportsInstallation recordsRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience in:Entertainment technologyLED display systemsAV integrationBroadcastVirtual productionLive eventsTouringExperiential installationsStrong understanding of LED display technologies and deployment methodologies.Experience managing large-scale technical installations and multi-disciplinary teams.Knowledge of:Novastar processing systemsBrompton processingMedia serversCamera trackingVideo distribution systemsRigging integrationAbility to read technical drawings and construction documentation.Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.Valid driver's license and ability to travel.Preferred QualificationsPMP certification or equivalent project management training.Experience in virtual production studio builds and XR environments.Familiarity with Unreal Engine workflows and VP ecosystem integration.CTS certification or entertainment technology certifications.Experience with touring productions, broadcast facilities, or large venue installations.Knowledge of structural mounting systems and temporary
