Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food Plant Manager to lead operations at a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production, ensuring food safety compliance, driving efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safetyEnsure compliance with all food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP)Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce wasteManage and develop plant staff, supervisors, and department leadersMonitor KPIs, production output, and operational performanceCollaborate with leadership on strategic planning and process improvementsMaintain a safe work environment and enforce company policiesQualifications:5+ years of experience in food manufacturing leadership (Plant Manager or similar role)Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA regulations)Proven ability to lead teams and improve plant performanceExperience with high-speed production lines preferredExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
