You'll work closely with firm leadership and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the practice continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage audit engagements from planning through completionServe as a primary point of contact for clientsReview work performed by staff and seniorsMentor and develop junior team membersEnsure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standardsContribute to process improvements and firm growth initiativesClient Focus This role will have strong exposure to:Government entitiesSchool systems and educational institutions(Experience in these areas is highly preferred.)What They're Looking For6-10+ years of public accounting audit experienceExperience with government and/or school audits requiredStrong client-facing and leadership skillsCPA preferredThe Culture This is a firm where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
