Job Description

We're seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to take ownership of the full sales cycle and help drive growth across key retail accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and turning insights into action.In this individual contributor role, you'll lead account development, buyer engagement, negotiations, promotional planning, and ongoing account management across food, drug, and mass retail channels. You'll also partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support forecasting, operations, and in-market execution.What You'll DoOwn and grow relationships with key retail accounts and broker partnersLead buyer meetings, line reviews, and business reviewsDevelop and execute joint business plans that support growth objectivesIdentify and pursue new account opportunities and whitespace for expansionNegotiate pricing, promotional programs, and termsManage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closeBuild annual sales plans and forecasts in partnership with leadershipTrack performance against goals and provide strategic recommendationsCoordinate promotional calendars and support strong in-market executionAnalyze POS data, category trends, and syndicated data to uncover opportunitiesPartner with operations, finance, and product teams to support customer successWhat We're Looking For5+ years of sales or account management experienceStrong experience in CPG and/or beautyProven success meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, SPINS, or CircanaStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisionsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience with Power BI or CRM systems is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experienceWhy This RoleThis is a high-ownership opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact.
