Role: o9 Solutions Functional ConsultantLocation: Richardson, TX (Hybrid) Compensation: $90/hr on W2 Duration: 6 Months Position OverviewWe are seeking a senior o9 Solutions Consultant with 8-10 years of overall experience to lead the implementation and configuration of supply chain planning solutions. This role involves tailoring o9 platforms to meet complex business needs, optimizing solver performance, and managing a team of configuration consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation: Configure o9 Solutions, including planning workflows, UI design, action buttons, and procedures.Optimization: Tune solver performance for faster processing and design efficient SCM workflows.Integration & Scripting: Leverage Python Plugins, SSIS, and IBPL for seamless data integration and system enhancements.Leadership: Manage a team of configuration consultants, provide mentorship, and oversee quality control for all implementations.Support: Resolve complex production issues and refine user stories in collaboration with Client Success teams.Required Technical Skillseto9 Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with o9 planning configurations and project methodology.SCM Knowledge: Deep understanding of Demand and Supply Planning concepts.Technical Tools: Proficiency in Python Plugins, SSIS, and IBPL.Experience: Minimum 9 years in Supply Chain Solutions; previous leadership or Practice Management experience is required.
