RAN Wireless SME

We're looking for a RAN Wireless Subject Matter Expert with deep 4G/5G air interface and system-level expertise to support next-gen wireless product development and customer engagements.This is not a test engineer role "” we need a systems-level thinker who can bridge product, performance, and customer requirements.What You'll DoTranslate customer requirements ? system & feature requirementsPerform deep analysis of 4G/5G call flows and protocolsAnalyze UE logs (QXDM, XCAL) to identify performance issuesSupport new product introductions & SW releasesLead technical deep-dive sessions with customers (carriers)Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and HQ teamsSupport pre-sales and solution design discussionsWhat We're Looking For12+ years of wireless experience (RAN focused)Strong expertise in 4G/5G air interface & performanceDeep understanding of 3GPP standards (Rel-15/16 preferred)Hands-on experience with:UE log analysis (QXDM, XCAL)Protocol stack (PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC)Experience with Massive MIMO, Beamforming, LTE-NR interworkingAbility to convert business/customer needs into system requirementsStrong communication and customer-facing experienceNice to HaveBackground with Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, or similar OEMsExperience with virtualized networksExposure to lab + field troubleshooting (IODT, chipset testing)What We're Looking ForStrong field leadership and hands-on execution mindsetAbility to manage multiple sites and priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to safety, quality, and on-time deliveryExcellent communication with technical teams and stakeholdersWe are Connectors.
