Job Summary The Receptionist will start as the first point of contact for clients and potential new clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area. Key Responsibilities • Warmly greet clients in person and answer incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries as needed. • Coordinate client arrivals and assist with meeting scheduling. • Distribute incoming mail and ensure that all items are logged and delivered promptly. • Keep the reception area and conference room organized, safe, and welcoming. • Scheduling consultations and appointments, assisting with client follow-up tasks. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration, law, or customer service is a plus. • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing service role is required. • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or legal practice software is an advantage. • Bilingual Spanish speaker needed
