The Store manager should be passionate about fashion and styling and has the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following in-store, support the management team and represent the REVOLVE brand and image.Major Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Monitor and assess retail store performance, including sales, profit, product levels by season, and general compliance with company standards and policies.Execute strategies to increase sales and profitability in store & deliver strong results through positive year over year growth and stable KPIs.Apply a strong understanding of business acumen to drive the business, identify opportunities, and build long term solutions.Ownership of operational execution of the store to achieve necessary revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store.Address customer complaints in partnership with VP of Retail and resolve issues as they arise to retain customers and drive customer loyalty.Drive the execution of an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador - embody brand values, engage customers on the brand.Partner with HR & Recruiting team on staffing and hiringPartner directly with your Direct Supervisor and HR team for support on performance discussions, safety discussions, and any other HR issues.Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners to influence allocations and the success of the businessManage the day-to-day performance of the retail store team, enabling an incredible employee experience.Required Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Minimum of 5 years Retail Store Management Experience required.Luxury retail management experience preferred.Proven experience in working within a sales driven environment - deliver sales results in line with business growth targetsDrives growth through presenting new initiatives/ideas to improve the client experience and business as a wholeCustomer centric - proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients to build brand loyalty for Revolve & FWRDAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment settingStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities (customers, team members, HQ partners, vendors, etc.)Ability to set clear objectives through direct communication and inspire the team to reach their highest potentialAbility to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvementAbility to stand, lift (within reason) on the sales floor and operationally in BOHAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the businessStrong record of sourcing talent, developing retail teams, and maintaining a strong network within marketMinimum Qualifications:Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per weekMust have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekendsHas managed a business of at least 10M in annual Net RevenueHas managed exempt & non-exempt employeesUnderstanding of Retail Labor LawsGSuite experience a plusA successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
