Business Process Analyst

This role works closely with the Operational Integration VP and partners with RVPs and branch leadership to lead structured discovery, manage follow ups, and translate insights into clear scorecards, readiness criteria, and action plans.5 days a week on-site at Richardson office25-35% travel required - It would be domestic travel within the US and would look to be a week a month or a couple of days 1 week a month.Key SkillsStrong organization, documentation, and execution disciplineComfortable engaging senior leaders (RVP / Branch) during change initiativesAbility to structure information gathering and build readiness or adoption assessmentsClear communicator who can synthesize complex inputs into executive level outputs3-5 - years of experience:looking for someone who wants to stay long term and continue to grow with the company as the work will take at least 3 yearsScope of role:Identify business processes before a transition towards the go-live.Support documentation and convert operators from their current work streams to the updated nomenclature to the impact to the branches converting to the corporate systems4 different work streams to support.working through converting 4 branches with a go live near in Junethere are 3 additional branches converting over in augustautomate acquisition branchespast experience was to have branches stand on their own and are transitioning them to their corporate platform52 branches left to transition by end of 2028Comprehension of accounting and what is being trained on for the branches and the corporate systems they will integrate to on Capture documentation and understand process gaps to make recommendations for challenging current processes for existing branchesMUST HAVEstrong communication/personality and self motivatedexperience capturing documentation of current and future processesflexible to travelNICE TO HAVET&D experience is not needed but could be open to someone with experience training others on nomenclature and processes
